About InterNAP:  Internap’s 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet Service provides customers with route optimized connectivity via their proprietary P-NAPSM (Private Network Access Point) technology.  They also use two separate, physically redundant, full-duplex 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet segments connected to diverse routers via Category 5 cable.   In addition there is 24 x 7 Proactive circuit monitoring, outage reporting and outage troubleshooting by Internap’s own Network Operations Center augmented by SecureWebs own monitoring system which includes every device on the network.

About Time Warner Network:  TWT's IP equipment is located in hardened facilities and all routers have dual processors with spare essential parts and two separate power supplies, as part of its reliability program.   There traceroutes are excellent and they leave SecureWebs private POP by a diverse route going to Boise, Idaho and Portland rather than Seattle.

Both Qwest and Century Tel are responsible for the fiber that connects SecureWebs to the private POP located in the US Bank Building.  Technically, if current capacity is ever consumed there is no limit as to what can be added.
