Use the
form to tell us to close a service, domain, server,
or whatever else we might be billing you
for. This secure form will be routed
directly to the bookkeeping department and your
account will be closed on the next business day.
If this is the only account you have with us, let me
take the opportunity to thank you for being our
customer and I hope we can do business again one
day.
Please note, you must tell us before the billing
date of the 1st of the month to close your account
for that month. In other words, we charge by
the month and not by the day, so let us know
before the end of the month
that you don't want the account for the following
month. |
