Please Take the Time to Upgrade your Server, NOW!

If you are not fully updated, please take the time to install the latest and greatest service patches and security updates from Microsoft.  As of August 18, 2005, any server not fully patched stands the risk of being infected with a browser virus and backdoor trojan type of infection.  Any server running mail software is particularly vulnerable to IMAP security leaks and may already be infected.  We have had to install Microsoft AntiSpyWare Beta 1, as well as SpyBot Search and Destroy on almost every machine with mail services running.  Both are downloadable pieces of software.  If you do not have a utility called "Kill" installed on your machine, please contact our support staff to have it put on your machine.  It is very handy in stopping rogue processes that just won't stop by any other means.
